Right next to the conference hotel are two other hotels:
MUM Europe 2012 will be held at Hotel Mazurkas Conference Centre (http://www.mazurkashotel.pl/), that's located in Ozarov Mazowiecki, one of the suburbs of Warszaw, Poland. Hotel Mazurkas Conference Centre is in ~20min taxi ride from Warsaw International Airport or 23 minutes train ride from city center.
On the exit of airport, there will be official taxi line. Good ones are ELE Taxi, Merc, MPT Radio or Sawa. Standard taxi rate (tarif 1) is ~2.4PLN per km, however due to traveling to suburb tarif 3 will be applied, it's 4.8PLN/km. Distance from airport to Mazurkas Hotel is ~21km so it's total ~100PLN (EUR 22) for trip. They don't charge more for extra passengers or luggage.
You can take bus #175 from airport to Dworzec Centralny (please note that this is NOT the final stop of the bus!). Journey costs 3.6PLN and takes ~30min. You need to get a ticket before you get in the bus, and validate it on the bus.
When you exit the bus, you will see big building of Warsawa Centralna (Central Train Station) and immediately next to it Warsawa Šrodmiesce (Regional Train Station)- this is the one you need! Look for the train going to Łowicz Główny or Sochaczew. Ticket counters are located underground, next to the platforms. Buy the ticket to Ozarow Mazowiecki (6.10PLN). Ozarow Mazowiecki will be stop #6 on the way (Warszawa Śródm. - Warszawa Ochota- Warszawa Zachodnia -Warszawa Włochy- Warszawa Ursus Płn. - Warszawa Gołąbki- Ożarów Mazowiecki (again, it's NOT the final station of the train!). On weekdays, trains leave every 20-30 minutes and journey takes 23 minutes. This is very good site for planning your trip by train: http://rozklad-pkp.pl/
When you arrive in Ożarów Mazowiecki, hotel is located to the north, same side where the train station is. Just head north using Marii Konopnickiej street, and turn right on first traffic light at Poznanska street (this is the main street). Hotel is 500m walking distance from train station.
Ożarów Mazowiecki is located outside the Warsaw center, so you wouldn't need to worry about traffic jams. Hotel Mazurkas Conference Centre offer ~400 parking places, cost is 3.5PLN per hour or 35PLN (8 EUR) per day.
150 m west from the hotel there is an Aquapark which offers a variety of swimming pools, for example the sport swimming pool or the swimming pool for beginners, 60-metre-long slide as well as an artificially created river. You can also enjoy baths taken in jacuzzi or time spent in the dry bath.
For Hotel Mazurkas guests access to Aquapark is free of charge- ask for vouchers at registration.
If you want to go to see the city, you can go by bus #713 (bus stop is right next to hotel, see timetables at http://ztm.waw.pl), train (to Warsaw Srodmiesce, see above) or taxi. Distance to city center is about 15km, so taxi ride one way would be ~75PLN (EUR 17)
